We have a unique approach that empowers clients to view their struggles as sources of strength. We work collaboratively to help you embrace your experiences and catalyze personal growth.

We offer a range of therapeutic services tailored to individual needs, including counseling, psychotherapy, and specialized treatments. We see individuals, couples, and families. Our approaches draw from evidence-based interventions including cognitive-behavioural therapy, trauma-informed practice, psychodynamic therapy, and more. Please explore our services page for more details.

Therapy can be beneficial for anyone seeking personal growth, emotional support, or solutions to life’s challenges. If you’re uncertain, we encourage you to reach out for a free consultation to discuss your specific needs.

Yes, client confidentiality is of utmost importance to us. We adhere to strict ethical standards and legal regulations to ensure your information remains private and secure.

The duration of therapy varies depending on individual needs and goals. We focus on empowering clients for long-term success, so therapy length can range from short-term solutions to more extended support.

We accept certain insurance plans, and our fees may vary based on the services provided. Please contact us for specific information about insurance coverage and pricing.

During your initial (free) consultation, we’ll get to know you better, discuss your goals, and explain our approach. It’s a chance for you to ask questions and determine if we’re a good fit for your needs. Then, in your first session, we will more thoroughly explore background/history and the presenting problem. By the end of the first session, your therapist will share with you a general plan that takes your goals into consideration.

Resilience in Challenging Times

  • We live in difficult, unprecedented times. The constant shifts in our social, financial, and physical environments have caused many people to re-evaluate priorities, habits, and beliefs we may previously never have questioned. These conditions can cause or exacerbate existing mental health challenges for all of us - but they can also be an invaluable opportunity to reconfigure ourselves and tap into great strength.
  • This workshop provides an opportunity to reflect on the challenges we are having, support participants in identifying their strengths for moving forward and shaping their biospheres in today’s changing environment, and offers tools to take action in our day to day lives beyond the workshop.
